Whether that is refining technique, feeling in tune with your body, getting a good workout in, finding confidence, or anything in between, we want to help you get there.  Our Classes

Ballet

Ballet is the base foundation for many dance techniques. Each dance style has great physical, mental and emotional benefits, but Ballet in particular is great for improving flexibility, refining technique and strength, lengthening muscles, mental strength, focus, physical coordination and is overall a great workout.


Contemporary & Lyrical 

Contemporary and lyrical are similar dance styles that offer many benefits such as flexibility and coordination, spatial awareness, mental function and elasticity, self-confidence, stress reduction, social adeptness, and creative thinking.


Jazz

Jazz dance helps with strength, flexibility, endurance and specifically coordination. This dance style is a great full body workout that focuses on smooth and syncopated movements and will help dancers really understand their music and how musicality and dance go hand in hand.


Dance Fitness 

Here at Dynamic, we offer yoga and dance exercise. These classes are a fun way to get your body moving and will give you a moment of mindfulness from your busy life. We currently offer Morning yoga flow and restorative stretch yoga classes.
